These Order Terms explain how online orders, delivery, pickup, refunds, rewards, and mobile messaging work at Órale Mexican Restaurant.
By placing an order through our website or online ordering tools, or by enrolling in our mobile messaging program, you agree to the terms below.
Cancellation / Refund / Return Policy
We want every guest to be satisfied with their order. If something is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

A. Order Cancellation
You may update or abandon your order anytime before selecting “Pay for Pickup” or
“Pay for Delivery.” Once an order is submitted and confirmed, our kitchen begins preparing it
immediately and cancellations are no longer possible.

B. Refunds and Returns
If your order arrives with missing items, incorrect items, or anything that does not meet expectations,
please contact us promptly. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place
the order.
Delivery Policy
Delivery is offered within a limited area and is subject to product availability, order volume, and weather or traffic conditions.

All orders depend on product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order,
we will contact you to offer a substitution, adjustment, or cancellation of that item.

B. Delivery Area
Delivery is available only within a set radius around our restaurant. You can enter your address at checkout
to confirm whether you are in our delivery zone.

C. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be shown once your order is placed. We make every effort to deliver within
that window, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unusually high order volume.

D. Delivery Date
Delivery date and time are selected during checkout. Same-day delivery times are estimates; scheduled
future orders will be prepared as close to the selected time as possible.

E. Delivery Fee
Delivery fees may apply and will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Fees may vary based on distance, order platform, and promotions.

F. Delivery Instructions
You can include special delivery instructions at checkout (for example, leave at front desk, side door,
or gate code). We will follow reasonable instructions where possible for safety and practicality.

Pickup Policy
Pickup orders are prepared to be fresh and ready close to the quoted time. Please arrive as near to that time as possible.

An estimated pickup time will be shown at checkout. During busy periods, there may be slight delays,
but we will always aim to keep food quality high.

B. Holding Orders
We will hold your order for a reasonable period after the ready time. Please note that hot food quality
may decline if picked up significantly later than scheduled.

C. Verification at Pickup
For your protection, our staff may ask for your name, order number, or payment confirmation before
releasing an order. Large orders may require additional verification.

D. Missed Pickup
If an order is not picked up within a reasonable timeframe, we may not be able to guarantee food quality,
and refunds may not be available.
Loyalty / Rewards Policy
From time to time, Órale may offer loyalty perks such as points, punch cards, birthday rewards,
or exclusive guest offers. These programs are our way of saying thank you to our regular guests
and may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time.

Participation may require a valid email address or mobile number, opting in to communications, and,
where applicable, completing a minimum number of qualifying visits or purchases.

B. Birthday Rewards
Guests who share their birthday month and day may receive a birthday reward. These offers are time-limited,
may require a minimum purchase, and may vary based on seasonal or promotional campaigns.

C. Non-Transferable
Rewards, discounts, and promotional offers have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may not be
combined with other promotions unless clearly stated by Órale.

D. Program Changes
Órale may update, modify, or discontinue any loyalty or rewards program at any time, with or without notice.
Rewards already earned will be honored to the extent allowed by program rules and applicable laws.

You agree to use our online ordering tools only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage,
disable, or interfere with our website or Services.

B. Pricing, Taxes, and Fees
Prices, menu items, and availability may change without notice. Taxes, delivery fees, and service charges
will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

C. Allergies and Dietary Needs
Our kitchen handles common allergens. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please note them clearly on your order and, when possible, call the restaurant to confirm.
We do our best but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

If you provide an email address or mobile number, we may send you order confirmations, status updates,
and, where permitted, marketing messages. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time; transactional
messages about your orders may still be sent.

E. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Órale is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
related to your use of our online ordering or delivery services. If we are found liable for any claim, our total
liability will not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order in question.
Mobile Messaging Terms of Service
The Órale mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Órale Mexican Restaurant (“Órale,” “we,” or “us”).
By enrolling in or using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms, which supplement our
Privacy Policy and other Terms posted on this site.
We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes
take effect means you accept those changes.

A. Types of Messages
By consenting to Órale’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Órale
at the mobile number you provide. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology and may
include promotions, specials, loyalty offers, and cart reminders.

B. Consent Not a Condition of Purchase
You do not have to sign up for the Service in order to make a purchase, and your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Participation is completely voluntary.

C. Message Frequency and Charges
We do not charge a separate fee for the Service, but message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You are responsible for any charges related to SMS/text messages
imposed by your wireless provider.

D. Opting Out and Help
You may opt out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to
+1 (844) 526-5927 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel.
You will receive a one-time confirmation text. For help with the Service, text HELP to the same number or email

E. Number Changes
If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you agree to notify us and re-enroll with your new number if you wish to continue using the Service.
We may change any short code or telephone number used for the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes.

F. Carrier Disclaimer
Participating wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission
from your network operator and is outside Órale’s control.

G. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Órale is not liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of information sent through the Service,
any errors in such information, or any actions you take or do not take in reliance on the Service.

Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
